Yes, you must manually replace the unoptimized images with the ones provided in the archive provided by Kraken.io's Page Cruncher tool.
Also note, this tool will not crawl your entire site, but just the images directly linked on the page you entered into the input field on the Page Cruncher site.
Page Cruncher is only available for paid subscriptions.
